Amtex needed a database-based solution that can produce interactive dashboards and reports and filter out team members with specific skill sets. The application ought to be able to identify subject - matter specialists and support cross-skilling.
Existing Problems
The procedure of preserving and retrieving personnel records was complicated by the lack of a proper database that contained all the employees' talents.
The SME failed to organize training sessions for the team members who would have been essential to success. As a result, the organization was unable to recognize talent outside of the workplace.
